Cookie Policy

    Last updated: June 13, 2026 — Version 1.0

    1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, remember your preferences, and give website owners information about how their site is used.

Similar technologies include localStorage (browser storage), session storage, and script-based tracking (such as Mixpanel's JavaScript SDK). This policy covers all of these.

    2. How We Use Cookies

    CleanOps Cloud uses cookies to:

    • Keep you securely signed in during a session
    • Protect forms against cross-site request forgery (CSRF)
    • Remember your interface preferences (e.g., sidebar state)
    • Measure product usage in aggregate so we can improve the platform
    • Detect and prevent bot abuse on public-facing forms
    • Store your cookie consent choice

We do not use cookies for behavioral advertising or sell data derived from cookies to third parties.

    3. Cookie Inventory

    4. Google Fonts

Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). As of 2022, Google states it does not set persistent cookies via font requests. However, your IP address is transmitted to Google's servers as part of the standard HTTP request. We disclose this for transparency. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

    5. Cookie Categories Explained

    Necessary

These cookies are essential for the platform to function. They enable core features such as authentication, CSRF protection, and consent storage. They cannot be disabled without breaking the service.

    Functional

Functional cookies remember your preferences and choices (e.g., sidebar layout) to provide a more personalized experience. Disabling them won't break the platform but will reset your UI preferences on each visit.

    Analytics

Analytics cookies (Mixpanel) help us understand how the product is used in aggregate so we can identify areas for improvement. No data is sold to advertisers. You may opt out below or via your browser.

    Marketing

CleanOps Cloud does not currently use marketing or advertising cookies.

    6. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

    Preference Center

You can review and update your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the button below.

    Browser Settings

Most browsers let you block, delete, or get notified about cookies. Instructions for common browsers:

    • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
    • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
    • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
    • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

Blocking necessary cookies (PHPSESSID, csrf_token) will prevent you from logging into the CleanOps platform.

    7. Tenant Businesses

CleanOps Cloud is a multi-tenant platform. All cookies listed in this policy are set and controlled by CleanOps Cloud on our own domains (cleanopscloud.com and app.cleanopscloud.com). Cleaning businesses (“tenants”) that use CleanOps Cloud to manage their operations may have their own privacy policies and cookie practices that govern their relationships with their customers. Those relationships are defined by the tenant's own privacy policy URL and terms of service — not this document. Tenants are responsible for obtaining any consent required from their end customers under applicable law.

    8. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

CleanOps Cloud does not sell personal information. California residents and others with applicable rights may submit a “Do Not Sell or Share” request on our Do Not Sell page. See also our Privacy Policy.

    9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy periodically to reflect changes in our cookie use or applicable law. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice or email where required.
