Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, remember your preferences, and give website owners information about how their site is used.
Similar technologies include localStorage (browser storage), session storage, and script-based tracking (such as Mixpanel's JavaScript SDK). This policy covers all of these.
CleanOps Cloud uses cookies to:
We do not use cookies for behavioral advertising or sell data derived from cookies to third parties.
The following table lists all cookies and similar technologies used on CleanOps Cloud properties as of the audit date above.
| Cookie / Key | Category | Purpose | Retention | Controller |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| PHPSESSID | Necessary | PHP session identifier. Maintains your authenticated login session on the CleanOps platform. | Session (expires when browser closes) | CleanOps Cloud |
| csrf_token | Necessary | Cross-site request forgery protection token. Ensures form submissions originate from CleanOps pages. | Session | CleanOps Cloud |
| cleanops_cookie_consent | Necessary | Stores your cookie consent preferences so you are not asked again on every visit. | 1 year | CleanOps Cloud |
| sidebar_state | Functional | Remembers whether the navigation sidebar is expanded or collapsed, so your UI preference is preserved across pages. | 1 year (localStorage-backed, cleared with browser data) | CleanOps Cloud |
| mp_* (Mixpanel) | Analytics | Mixpanel product-analytics cookies. Track events such as page views, feature usage, and funnel steps to help us understand how the product is used. User IDs are pseudonymous. See Mixpanel's Privacy Policy for details. No personal data is intentionally sent. | 1 year (mp_[token]_mixpanel); session cookies reset per visit | Mixpanel, Inc. (subprocessor of CleanOps Cloud) |
| Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise (_GRECAPTCHA, rc::*) | Necessary / Fraud Prevention | Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise distinguishes human users from automated bots on login, registration, and public-facing forms. This is a security and fraud-prevention measure, not an advertising tool. | Session to 6 months depending on cookie name; set by Google | Google LLC (subprocessor of CleanOps Cloud) |
Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). As of 2022, Google states it does not set persistent cookies via font requests. However, your IP address is transmitted to Google's servers as part of the standard HTTP request. We disclose this for transparency. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.
These cookies are essential for the platform to function. They enable core features such as authentication, CSRF protection, and consent storage. They cannot be disabled without breaking the service.
Functional cookies remember your preferences and choices (e.g., sidebar layout) to provide a more personalized experience. Disabling them won't break the platform but will reset your UI preferences on each visit.
Analytics cookies (Mixpanel) help us understand how the product is used in aggregate so we can identify areas for improvement. No data is sold to advertisers. You may opt out below or via your browser.
CleanOps Cloud does not currently use marketing or advertising cookies.
You can review and update your cookie preferences at any time by clicking the button below.

Blocking necessary cookies (PHPSESSID, csrf_token) will prevent you from logging into the CleanOps platform.
CleanOps Cloud is a multi-tenant platform. All cookies listed in this policy are set and controlled by CleanOps Cloud on our own domains (cleanopscloud.com and app.cleanopscloud.com). Cleaning businesses (“tenants”) that use CleanOps Cloud to manage their operations may have their own privacy policies and cookie practices that govern their relationships with their customers. Those relationships are defined by the tenant's own privacy policy URL and terms of service — not this document. Tenants are responsible for obtaining any consent required from their end customers under applicable law.
CleanOps Cloud does not sell personal information. California residents and others with applicable rights may submit a “Do Not Sell or Share” request on our Do Not Sell page. See also our Privacy Policy.
We may update this Cookie Policy periodically to reflect changes in our cookie use or applicable law. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice or email where required.
