    6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

CleanOps Cloud uses cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve our services. The specific cookies we set are detailed in our Cookie Policy (cleanopscloud.com/cookie-policy).

    Analytics — Mixpanel

We use Mixpanel (Mixpanel, Inc.) to collect pseudonymous product-analytics data — page views, feature usage, and funnel events. Mixpanel sets mp_* cookies in your browser. No personally identifiable information is intentionally transmitted. You may opt out via Mixpanel's opt-out page (mixpanel.com/optout) or through the Cookie Preference Center linked in the Cookie Policy.

Fraud Prevention — Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise

We use Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise on login, registration, and public-facing forms to distinguish human users from automated bots. reCAPTCHA sets _GRECAPTCHA and rc::* cookies and transmits hardware and software information to Google for risk analysis. This is a security measure, not an advertising feature. See Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) for details.

    Session Recording

CleanOps Cloud may use session-recording tooling on a limited, gated basis (≤10% of authenticated sessions) to identify usability issues. Recordings are access-controlled and retained for 90 days. No recording is performed on pages that display payment card data. Opt-out is available via account settings (feature rolling out per #255).

    Other Cookie Types

    • Necessary cookies (PHPSESSID, csrf_token) — required for authentication and CSRF protection
    • Functional cookies (sidebar_state) — remember UI preferences
    • Consent cookie (cleanops_cookie_consent) — stores your consent choice for one year

For the full cookie inventory including names, retention periods, and controllers, see our Cookie Policy. Users may also control cookies through their browser settings; note that blocking necessary cookies will prevent login.
