CleanOps implements industry-standard safeguards designed to protect platform data including encrypted connections and secure infrastructure.
However, no system can guarantee complete security.
We strive to maintain high platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Services.
Maintenance, upgrades, or external factors may occasionally result in temporary service interruptions.
All software, design, branding, and technology used in CleanOps Cloud are owned by CleanOps or its licensors.
Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services while their subscription remains active.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanOps Cloud shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer in the preceding 12 months.
